Men's Health Week 11-17 June 2018.

Men's Health Week - Fitness Session - SA

Each sessions would be for 1-1/2 hours followed by a catch-up for a coffee at a local café.

We cater for all levels of fitness from ages 10+ and provide all the equipment necessary.

The only things we ask our participants to bring is a bottle of water and their sense of humour.

Dragon boating offers benefits in areas such as:
