AIMS:
By participating in this forum, you will:
- Update your understanding of the major health issues affecting men and boys in the Hunter New England District and what you and your service can do to help address these issues.
- Enhance your understanding of the Hunter New England (HNE) Health Male Health Plan and what you and your service can do to support the plan.
- Enhance your understanding of current activities, initiatives and events provided by services and agencies that provide health services to men, male youth & boys, both within and external to HNE Health, with a focus on strengthening networks to work more collaboratively – via brief presentations and the EXPO!
- Become familiar with a host of Male Health resources to support Male Health activities, including the updated Male Health Information & Services Directory, the Male Health Systems Check, the HNE Health “Making Your Service Male Friendly” Self-Assessment Checklist, the Male Health Resource Suppliers List and much more!
