For Men’s Health Week, Albany Creeks FitStrong Performance Training is running free introductory Kettlebell Training sessions to demonstrate how to ‘fit in’ very effective and efficient exercise into a busy schedule.

Kettlebell Training is a very effective training tool that allows users to cover many bases of health and fitness into sessions as short as 20 mins!

‘Fitting in’ fitness with a kettlebell will get you strong whilst aiding you to ‘fit in’ to those favourite shorts and T-shirts for the summer too.

The sessions will need to be booked in and will run from 9am to 3pm on Saturday 15th at the FitStrong Home Garage Gym.

Small groups can book in too.
